I Prefer Gift Cards will be delivered digitally to the recipient as noted at time of order. Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards do not expire. An I Prefer Gift Card can be redeemed at most Participating Hotels in the I Prefer Program at the time of payment and as currently listed at iprefer.com or staybeyondgreen.com. I Prefer hotels in the following countries and regions DO NOT currently accept the I Prefer Gift Card: China, Japan, India, the Middle East, and Africa. Gift Cards can be used for room charges (excluding tax, and excluding bookings made via Online Travel Agencies) and, in the Participating Hotel's discretion, for hotel services (e.g. dining and spa services), and cannot be used for any pre-paid charges including room charges. Preferred Hotel Group reserves the right to modify the eligible use of the Gift Card at any time. If the Gift Card is applied to a charge in a different currency than the presented card, the Participating Hotel will convert the card value at an exchange rate determined by the Participating Hotel. If your hotel charges exceed the value of the Gift Card, you must pay the excess at the time of payment. If your hotel charges are less than value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be stored on the Gift Card until your next use. The Gift Card cannot be sold and is void where prohibited. Preferred Hotel Group is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. May not be replaced if lost, stolen or used without authorization. Preferred Hotel Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any I Prefer Gift Card if there is perceived indication of fraudulent or unauthorized behavior.
